Iowa Code Chapter 137F
authorizes the Food and Consumer Safety Bureau of the Iowa Department of Inspections
and Appeals (DIA) to administer and enforce a statewide food safety program. Chapter
137F adopts the federal Food Code published by the U.S. Public Health Service as the basis
